Yes, we are also going to the Indio Rally. It is my favorite rally of the year. Not to big, but has a lot to see and do. Also make sure you try and go to the Palm Springs Follies while you are in that area. www.psfollies.com
Best show I have been to. If you are headed in on the I-10 West, the Trump29 Casino has free overnight parking for RV's, good buffet, also Truckstop to fill up with fuel at the same exit. Again if you are headed in from AZ make sure you fill up with fuel before you cross into Calif. and save at least 25 cents a gallon. We usually head overa day early and stay at the casino for one night, eat dinner and breakfast then into the Rally area. you will have a great time. Make sure you have empty tanks and full water tank. Darv

We are also going and it will be our first rally. We'll be at the Thousand Trails in PS for a few days prior, planning to arrive at the Fairgrounds on the 9th I believe. Unless I change our minds.

Darvin, I notice you are also from Surprise, AZ. Surprise!! And welcome to iRV2, the best, most helpful website for RV related info, fun stuff, and advice from friendly fellow-RVers. Post often and let us know about your adventures.

We'll probably see you there! We'll have our iRV2 logo sticker on display.

2 more days!!!

The 5 o'clock news tonight say's we will be headed into 2 or 3 different storms. The second one is suppose to be especially strong! So may not go over to Indio early after all. Hope that all changes and we have good weather over there. Yes we are on Lot #2256.

Not all of the storms make it to the California deserts. Very little rain in Indio. It could be raining in LA and San Diego, and clear in the Palm Springs area. Just a suggestion.
