Jim
What I found is you make the plans and post it people will come.
I tried to let everyone contribute and we were all over the place.
Find the park, talk to the park to be sure they can handle 10 coaches and what they will throw in (Club House, BBQ Pit and so on)
Pick a time and go for it-Post it on iRV2.com and watch the responce, we are up to 12 to 15 coaches, and everyone wants to lend a hand in some way.
Best time is after April because all ,or most, of the snow bunnies will be home by then.
Good Luck
Larry

Thanks for the advice, makes good sense. Never could find a good day or time for meetings in my previous life

Kabelwizard, I did the Rt66 fun run in 2001 from Seligman to Topock in my toad. Major event was in Kingman with cars on display, sock hop and so on. The Harley Davidson River Run in Laughlin is that same weekend with about 50,000 bikes expected. In 2001 they were on following weekends so I was able to see both.

Yea I think we will stay away from Laughlin though. We will have our 1928 Model A in Kingman for the car show its all original and it took about a year to get it running and so far I have put 437 miles on it after the show I will rebuild the engine, clutch, and the front brakes. We are keeping as close to original as possible.
As far as setting up a park I bet I can get the park in Williams where we had the 2010 rally to get 10 sites set aside for us, how would you all feel about the Grand Canyon area it in the 80s in July the weather was very nice last year or anyplace in the middle someone can think of.

Has the idea fizzled?
We will be through this area in July if there is still any interest.

No, just me. Got overwhelmed with MH problem and just got it out of the shop. Did a shakedown trip last week and am anxious to get going again. We have a big trip planned for mid July, how would early Sept. Be for Williams and the Grand Canyon?
