Would be nice if we knew what state you were in.

I know there is at least one FLying-J on I-10, but I don't know what state you are leveing from. just add www and com (www.flyingj.com)

Otherwise I like to look for Propane near where I park, Google: Propane {zip code}

where {zip code} is, of course, the one you are parked in.

Flying J has it on the 5 about an hour N out of town in the Mr Pinos recreation area.

I'm not a great fan of KOA but I have many times filled my propane tanks at a KOA. Generally it is easy to get into and out of a KOA and service is normally prompt. I've waited at Flying J a couple of times and simply left because I got tired of waiting for an attendant even after calling them two times from the propane tank area to remind them I was waiting. That was a few years ago - perhaps they are better now.
