We normally head south about the tenth of Jan. Four nights to get to Palm Springs area, a week there and then to Quartzsite for a week. Then where the wind blows us.

We left early this year. Left Seattle on Tuesday Sept 11 through Boise, Twin Falls, Jackpot, Ely, Vegas and arrived in Phoenix on Friday where my kids and grandchild live. Hot here! 105- 110 the last few days. Heading to our winter location, Motorcoach Country Club tomorrow (Monday) for a few days. Then taking the toad over to San Pedro to catch a cruise ship to Australia, to visit relatives and see the country. Never been to the Great Barrier Reef, so will do it this trip. Back to Indio mid-November till April, then we will travel cross country and catch the Kentucky Derby and hit DC, NY and the Pocono for NASCAR in June.

Busy next few month!

The wife and I (we're in our 30's) left Eastern WA at the beginning of Sept. and have been playing around in Montana since (currently just outside Dillon). We have about another week here before slowly heading toward Moab, UT to meet some friends. After that we have 2 months booked in Apache Junction. Then Quartzsite in January until, who knows. No plans after that, but I'm sure we'll come up with something.

I feel sorry for those that left too early. October has been extraordinary in SW Washington, mid seventies, clear skies and stunning fall colors. Don't ask me to repost in a couple of weeks though!
