I don't know where you're located but just because the calendar says fall doesn't mean much here in east Texas.

101 here yesterday.

Well, lucky for us, its down in the 70-80 range here in Okie country with nights in the 50's & 60's so it looks like our weather matches the calendar. Maybe yours will change before long.

Tom, we would love to but business is keeping us very busy right now. May have some time later in the fall, will keep watching and if you get anything together we will TRY to make it. I have 5 trips to Montana between now and winter to get in and a couple of other gigs that have to be done this fall. How was your summer trip to the west? We had a great trip to Washington, Oregon, Idaho etc and just got back this evening from a couple of weeks in the Northeast from Mass., to Maine, Canada and back through Vermont and New York, beautiful leaves but a lot of devastation from the floods.

Hi Tom:

My husband & I are outside Dallas and could manage a late Saturday arrival and early Tuesday morning departure. We are very new to the area so not sure where to go. Maybe you have some ideas on either side of the boarder?

Thanks,
Gail

Gail, sorry I didn't get back to you earlier but have been off the forum due to computer loss. We are getting ready to hit the road for the winter but maybe if we get a chance next year we can hook up. There is a nice park in Thackerville that is just across the red river off I35 and close to the casino that we have stayed at before. Check out the Texas Boomers for more camping chances, great bunch!

Have a great winter tour Tom!

Please keep in touch if you can and we'll try to hook-up next year. Maybe even catch you at a rally.

Bon Voyage

I just returned from chasing the fall colors here on the East Coast. The trailer is winterized & covered. Boo!

Glade Creek Grist Mill in Babcock State Park, WV & Ricketts Glen State Park in PA.

Wow, really lovely shots!!

It was 28 degrees, this AM, in the coastal mtn's of OR. Really beautiful! Might even get some snow tomorrow night Yes, I know that a lot of you are not fan's of the dreaded 'white stuff' but I love it! Hope it does as I want to watch it through the big front window of my MH!!

Sheila
