Heinz and I are going to Lake Ft. Smith this weekend. What is everyone else into. Does anyone want to come join us? It is opening this weekend after being closed for several years.

Well, I'll be close, but just driving by on my way to Hot Springs. Actually I have to work Monday and the next 3 weeks, including weekends the way it looks so we won't be doing any camping during the month of June.

You all have fun and enjoy, I guess this means Heinz has healed up, glad to hear it.

Glad you're doing better Heinz. Dealing with high blood sugar is a pain, either its too high or too low, so it seems. That's my biggest problem, if I don't stop to eat every few hours, hungry or not, the next thing you know its crashing and you feel like heck for awhile until you get it back up. The main thing is to get it under control and keep it there.

Take care.

Glad to hear you ar eon the mend Heinz. Now that you are feeling better don't go giving Betty a rough time, she might break the other arm.
