Ok guy's and girl's, its time to start thinking about October. I know, we haven't had our September outing yet but October wil be here before we know it so start thinking about it. My first thought is Pawnee lake, gets us back to the West a bit and it is a nice park area. What do you think? And how about a date? Say mid October?? Let me know??

Hi Tom!!

We might be able to join y'all if it's not mid October. We are going to a get together in the Dallas area on 10/13 - 10/15. I'll keep an eye on this thread and see what y'all come up with.

It's starting to cool down a little... so the best camping season is right around the corner!!

Sorry that I haven't answered this one yet.

To be honest we have a hard time camping two weekends in a row since my DH works most Saturdays. Of course we will see what their production schedule looks like in a few weeks and know more as we get closer to that date. We would ALWAYS love to go camping but sometimes it is easier than others for Jimmy to get a Saturday off.

It's hard to keep a nice balance of leisure time & fun when they expect you to work for a living. LOL

10-20 sounds good to us, Pawnee Dan might go to Pawnee Lake too hmmmmmmmm? Maybe JPittman will have a camper by then so it could be a BIG group, and Bugeater now that sounds like a fun guy at a campfire. Which, maybe the ban will bee lifted by then. Okie Cat, sorry we missed a good camp with you guys too Heinz and Betty we miss you guys and wish we were out zooming around too. Tom hope your knee gets mended real quick.

See yall in the funnies, Warren

I don't know our plans for sure yet but why don't we go ahead and plan on having this the 20-22 of October at Pawnee lake campground.

And yes, its right outside Pawnee. I gotta run and catch a plane but when I get back I'll post some directions and all that stuff.

bugeater58, when did you sneak in as a new mwmber? Just wanted to wish you a welcomr to IRV2. We lived east of Tulsa for a couple of years and camped with the Oklahoma Boomers.

Be sure and try it, you will like it.

Nothing yet NG! We need to get something going but have to let work slow down before we will have time to think about it. I am out of state again this week working but you know the old saying, have to work to play. Don't give up yet!
