Hi All.

Do we want to try this September 21-22 weekend for a camping trip? Thought I'd ask and see if there is any interest since it looks like we will be on the road the month of October and will not be here for that rally date. Let me know if there is any interest. If so we can pick a spot and go, otherwise, we'll ignore it.

What say you?

Hey Tom & Charley!

How are y'all doing these days? I hope Charley is feeling good. I guess missed it or never heard about the biopsy results. Please let me know.

We might be interested in camping that weekend if it's in a location fairly close to home. Jimmy may not be able to get off early on any Fridays in September due to a deadline on a HUGE order. Fact is, he may have to work 1/2 days on Saturdays for a few weeks, too.

So if it's close to T-town we might be able to make it.

Let me know.....

Hi Cat

Charley is doing fine, the results were all benign and the doc said if she needed him, call, otherwise he didn't want to see her again so we are good to go.

Speaking of going, This date will probably be kind of a last minute deal as my trip to Minneapolis was put off until Dec so we moved up our vacation departure to the first week in October. IF we get everything done in time we could go out for the weekend and make sure everything is working and ready.

Where would you like to go? What would be convenient for you in case Jimmy has to work Sat morning?

Hey y'all!

That is EXCELLENT news about Charley's biopsies! Woooo hoooooo!!!!!! We need something to celebrate and that sounds like a great reason.

How about Twin Points at Skiatook? It is a nice little COE park. Paved, level sites with plenty of shade. We usually take sites 15, 16, 17, or 18 when we go. I just checked and they are all open for that weekend.

Have a look at Reserve America and let me know what you think.

Works for me Cat, I think I'll take one of the 79 ft driveways. I've wanted to go to this campground but have never made it. If I could use the road across John Zink ranch we would only be about 15 miles from there but that way is so rough that I'll have to go into Tulsa and back out. Maybe I'll go check the road again just to make sure they haven't fixed it up some.

OK then! Why don't y'all get #17 and we'll reserve #16. Our friends we usually camp there with most likely won't camp that weekend due to the TU game against OU Friday night. They might bring their boat up for Saturday afternoon.

Anyone else want to join us?

Site 16 is now reserved... I think you will like this park. We go there 3 or 4 times a season. It is close to home, usually pretty quiet, and it has nice level sites. The only drawback is you share water between two (sometimes 3) campsites so bring enough hose. The good news is sites 16 & 17 have a water spigot right between them.

Maybe some others will join us now that we have our reservations made. If not, I am sure we will have plenty of fun.

Oh I almost forgot, Jimmy wants to ask if we can watch some of the TU/OU game Friday night on your satellite if it's not on a regular network TV? We'll be rooting for TU if you don't mind.

Should not be a problem as long as we can get the bird. However, we will have the small TV since we'll be bringing the Warrior. And TU is just fine, thats one of those mixed emotion games.

Alrighty then, sounds like a plan!

Oh and we have a 20" TV in Sunny if that's bigger, you can always hook it up to the dish if you want to.
