Campgrounds and campers needed

The "Pond Piggies" would like to expand their horizons and find new and exiting places to go this year. We need some input from all of you.

ALSO we need NEW MEMBERS to join us. Now, all it takes to become a "member" of the Pond Piggies is to show up at the campground. Now how hard is that!!
So you got no excuse in not comin and seeing what great and beautiful people we are!!. Well, I am, at least!

In years past ( 15+ years ago) we have camped at Atwood. I just remember it being crowded. At the time they didn't take reservations. I drove over to Pleasant Hill Lake campground where the sites were so small even tenters were on top of each other. They had a lot of sites but 75% were only big enough for a tent and 1 car. Two years ago on the way to camp near Wheeling we took route 250 out of Dover and went past Tappen Lake which looked nice from the road. Looking at their website I don't see anything about making a reservation.

At the RV show in Cleveland this year, a guy was there from Pleasant Hill. He said some of the campgrounds take reservations and som dont. I asked him if he knew if they had put any money recently back into Atwood and he didnt know. I had come to the conclusion that most of their campgrounds were not run real well. They didnt "put" money back into the sites.
Now we stayed at Seneca one time years ago when we had a pop up and I remember the sites being short and hilly. But there is any additional campgroun area now that I am not familiar with so maybe that one would be ok. We'll wait for Lori's report card.

The newer campground at Seneca does take reservations, at least according to a girl I spoke to from there late last fall. I'll make myself a note to take along our camera so I can snap some shot of good sites & post for consideration.
