We live in Central Illinois, and would be interested in driving down if ya'all are going to get together for something informal. An hour north of Vincennes, would this be in the Sullivan, Ind area? Or, am I to far North? Years ago, there was a campground in Bruceville(?).

I just now discovered your thread. I'm interested in joining if a chapter is formed. Ever heard of Bloomfield, IN ? Right now I think the closest to us is in NE Ohio.

Are you near Boggs Lake? If I remember correctly, Bloomfield is just off of Route 231. I've been through there, but don't remember where we were going at the time.

The wife and I were in Columbus on our way back from the Virginia rally. We spent the night at Woods and Water Campground. Nice place.

Hi, Grumpy, we are about 30 miles North of Boggs Lake. We drive US 231 every time we travel South or come home. In a few years we will use 231 from Bowling Green, KY to I69 and jump off at Bloomfield to go home. This fall we all might try meeting up at the 4H grounds campgrounds just North of Evansville (or elsewhere-) and try to organize something.
Sorry for the long delay in replying. We spent the entire winter in Ft. Myers Beach; arrived back home the end of April and both immediately got very sick_still recovering.

Hope ya'all are feeling better by now. We are going to the irv2 rally in September, and staying an extra week. It's about 4 hours for us to go to Evansville. Someplace in that area isn't out of the question, because the wife is going to retire in June. You can send me e-mail at Grumpytrkr@aol.com.
