Here's the website for the area. I would suggest walking as many of the trails at the park as possible. Visit Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Conkle's Hollow...etc. There are several new zip lines in the area too. There's a pretty decent bbq restaurant, Millstone, located near the corner of Rt 33 & SR 664 I'd recommend. So much to see & do in that area of the state! Have fun.

Just a piece of advice Joey, listen to Lori on where to go and especially where to eat. We recently visited Holmes county Ohio and Lori kept us on track with great places to go and place to eat.

Ash Cave , Rockhouse and Conkles Hollow are a must. At Conkles Hollow you can either hike the rim trail which is about 1.5 miles on top of the ridge or do the bottom trail that goes straight up the center to a cave at the end. That one is paved most of the way and is a little over a half mile. But if it is a hot day it will be 20 degrees cooler on the bottom path....

Rock House is very cool also. It is a cave about 30 -40 feet wide and 100 or 150 long. Bring a good flashlight...It has a number of openings to let some light in, but having a flashlight is good....

Here are a few pic....from our June 09' trip. we stayed at the state park....

There will, probably, be several locals w/firewood for sale. Just drive up & down 664 & look for the signs along the roadway. Don't buy the bundles at the SP if you can avoid it. They're small, expensive & don't burn well.

Are you camping in the State Park? I'm cheap.....I found plenty of dry wood in the woods.....We had a site at the last loop on the cul-de-sac.

HH might not be as strict as other SP's when it comes to harvesting dead wood from the park. Just don't do it at West Branch.....right, Jim?
