Well, it snowed here today. Ok, so it didn't stick, but, STILL, it snowed. April sure seems like such a long ways away right now. *sigh*

I don't like the new time changes. The "falling back" time change came after Halloween. Our haunted house just wasn't as scary because it was still light out when trick-or-treat started. Now with the "spring forward" change being in early March, the kids will be hunting for Easter eggs in the dark of the morning. Just what's wrong with this picture?!?!?

We had snowflurries mixed with rain at home last night. Ugh! Seems strange to have the rig still parked in the driveway this late in the year, but with possible trade plans, I havn't spent the money on storing it underground yet.

In light of our plans to go to Buffalo this weekend to look a couple rigs, I was watching the Lake Erie area weather. The news was showing pictures of an area near Eria with 8 inches of snow. It was the heavy wet stuff and melting, but something is just wrong with looking at campers covered with snow.

Joe, one of the servers in the restaurant called her father in Erie this morning to hear the snow story and of course relate it was in the 70's here....
I'll be watching your rig purchase closely, as I'm thinking I'll in the market for a 38-40 Allegro Bus in around a year or so...
nhcrackers from iRV2 is another one who recently jumped off Newmar and into a Phaeton...
Dropping like flies!!

Joe-

We looked at & decided to purchase the 5-r on a day it was 3-degrees outside with -10 windchill. And, it was spitting snow when we brought home the coach. Nuthin' like cold weather to bring out the checkbook.

On a lighter note, it's supposed to be in the low 50's this weekend, so that snow up there should be pretty much gone soon.

JoeK;

Check for a PM from me concerning an Allegro Bus for sale with 5000 miles on it located in Sarver. It belongs to my next door neighbor.

Lori, one of these days I'll get back up there and Joe and I can compare our Allegro Buses..

I'll be coachless for a while after the end of the year...(hopefully),but I'm thinking down the road I'd get something smaller and more kid friendly...
