We planning on the group dinner being Sat? Frank - I still have a bottle of wine from Chaddsford I'll bring. Been saving it for the first outting for 2006 since I drank a bottle at the ending outting for 2005.

I "think" both Sat. and Sun. will probably be "combined" meals.

L-

We bought a case of assorted wines from the Mount Hope Winery while we were at the Mid Atlantic Campers Spring Campout last weekend in Lancaster. We'll bring some to share with you (and anyone else too).

...and after almost two weeks, I still don't have a license plate for my trailer. The state said they processed it last Wednesday. I never knew the mail moved so slowly from Harrisburg to Pittsburgh. Knowing how the state works, they probably sent it third class.

Frank -
When the state wants your money, saying the check is in the mail won't do, but when they say what they've sent you is "in the mail" ya just have to accept it. That's just plain wrong!

I did all my yard work today so I can finish loading up the RV Friday. We should be leaving here about 3. We will pick Robert up right from school. Should get there about 4:45-ish. I plan to take route 14 all the way down instead of getting on the turnpike. Does anyone have a compressor that I could fill up a big air bag the kids could play with? We get them in at work inside of semi-trailers to hold pallets from shifting during transit. There called dunage bags. Mike could you list here all the site assignments. Was just wondering who is where. I wonder if we get to park next to the church on wheels (Candace).

Almost "street legal" again.

The plate finally arrived yesterday (Wednesday) and I got an appointment to get the TT inspected this afternoon. I dropped it off at around 4 PM and will pick it up sometime tomorrow (Friday). Since check-in time isn't until 3 PM, there's no need to leave Pittsburgh until sometime after 1 PM.

So far, the only "community meal" I see scheduled is Saturday Dinner. If there were postings for any other meal(s), could someone enlighten me so we are prepared... thanks.

See you all sometime tomorrow. Have a safe trip.

... I'll bring the Cheetos (Actually, I'll have two bags because we didn't eat any at last week's campout.)

Oh Shucks Frank, I thought you would be pulling in to the campground with the Fuzz hot on your tail

We'll be on our usual schedule of leaving here around 6 or so. Probably won't be there until at least 7:30.

Jim,

The motorhome has an air fitting outlet and I have a hose with a air nozzle that should work if no-one has a compressor.

Hey, those bags look like overgrown air mattresses. If Bill tries sneaking off to bed early, we'll just throw it down and he can snooze by the fire.

Jim...
We're on site 9 (is that the one you got stuck in Frank?)...And Walt is bringing his air compressor. The air bag sounds like fun!

I dont know when we will be arriving..Walt was going to take a half day, but that may not pan out. Worst case scenerio is we will be there around 7 or 8. Best case is 4 or 5.

We always have our compressor with us, Jim. I "think" you are next to Candace. Dont have my list with me. We will probably be there around 4:30.

Candace:

No, it wasn't #9, it was further down past the clubhouse/pool. I don't remember the exact number and my campground information is already packed in the truck. However, I do recall a class "A" that was having difficulty in the area where you're at.

Our area apparently escaped all the nasty storms that passed through Ohio yesterday afternoon/evening. We only received a sprinkle and the street was already partially dry when I got up this morning. I heard some rumbles way, way off in the distance around 1:30 AM, but that was it. Right now, the weather maps are showing patches of rain showers around the area so I guess we'll be "ducking the drops" at various times today.

No one called me last night (they're open until midnight) from the garage that's performing the state inspection on my TT so I'm going to assume that it passed without needing any repairs.

Friday, 05/26/2006 09:15 AM:

We're having our first shower of the day. Seems to be letting up a bit now. Judging by the local TV station weather map, it should stop in about a half-hour. However, there are a bunch of random rain patches to the west of us, so who knows...

At work last night it poured cats and dogs for an hour. It stopped raining most of the night, but started up very light again at daybreak. The rader shows one more rain area moving across northern and central Ohio as of 10am. After that it looks clear on the rader. I'm hoping it clears out by 1 this afternoon so I can give the trailer a quick wash. I wish I had a RV garage like Bill has for his coach.

Jim......
