Anyone driven this road, and the "tunnel of trees" from Mackinaw City to Harbor Springs?

Yes, this summer in 30' with toad. Very narrow , slow drive and not much room to pull over. Seems like it was about 3 hours to get to Traverse City, its like driving thru a state park. Just take your time and keep the wife calm. My brother lives over the bridge in Curtis area and I used to work in the candy and tobacco industry in Cadillac. Would like to find a little place to park in the summers. If you get to Mesick area nice campground a the dam area, think its Northern Exposure.

We drove it in the Jeep (just to eat at Legs Inn) just about a month ago. coffeeman is right, it's very narrow, windy & there's little to no berm. The Devil's Elbow is one sharp hairpin turn. I wouldn't do it in our coach, but that's just me.
