I was just wondering how many, if any, from this area are going to the National Rally? I'm on the fence. I'm guessing it is about 890 miles from Urbana, IL to Urbanna VA.
Like I said, just wondering..........

I guess I need to get off the fence then.   I was figuring my mileage via the truckers GPS that I have.
The wife has over 5 weeks of vacation time built up, and we were thinking about going a couple of days early.
Last time I tried to go to a rally, my Father-in-law fell down a flight of stairs, and cracked his head open. Had bleeding of the brain...what a mess. I'm going to try to keep this one under the radar!!!

We will be leaving early, visiting Myrtle Beach for a week then head N to the irv2 rally. That turns it into a 900+ mile one-way drive for us.
Grumpy there is an alert in the rally board about the GPS being incorrect for driving directions to Bethpage RV resort. You might read up on it. Driver is keeping us up to speed on correct directions.

We were thinking about leaving Illinois on Monday, and arriving on Wednesday. That way, we can check out places of interest. My interest is setting my big butt in a chair, however, I may get out voted. Still thinking about it.
Myrtle Beach would be nice. One of our want to see places.

You could always take a detour through Urbana MD.
