Now that most of us have put our RVs away for the winter, here's something that's sure to lift your spirits until the robins (and RVs) return in the spring:

2008 Pittsburgh RV Show

There's a coupon on their website that you can print to get a dollar off on admission.

Any thoughts on a group of us meeting for the show?

Frank,

We're planning on attending but we can only go the second weekend. The first weekend of the show coincides with Alyssa's birthday.

It's a along Winter and I always need the show to make it through.

Clem's is in the PGH show, not the Clev Show. What does that tell you?

I don't know which is better but it seems there aren't going to be too many dealers at the Cleveland show.
At least the advertisement isn't showing that Sirpilla is on board and their website isn't showing their participation either; exclude them and you have very few buses and 5vers.
Heck they WERE half the show the past couple years.

George; what is the difference where Clem's is? I don't get it. They sure don't have too big a selection; IMHO

Woodburner, Clem's writes the best deals anywhere in the tri-state area. IMHO.

I'm very happy with the folks at Clems. As I mentioned earlier in the thread in the Tiffin forum, we worked out a very amicable deal over the phone on the Allegro Bus we ordered.

They just got in a Bus and Phaeton that will be at the show. Although the Bus is the 42QRP instead of the 43 we ordered, it'll be nice to check it out again to see the little details we missed when looking earlier.

I've also got to figure out a few details so I can place an order for all of my upgrade items so the stuff will be around when the bus comes in.

The employees did good this year...they all chipped in and got me gift cards at my favorite RV accessory dealer

Your employees are so resourceful to have deduced you're an rvupgrades fan....

When I lived off Fisher Road I think I spent half my life in Stivensons on 356 looking for something I just had to have...

Joe-K;

Have you considered asking Clem's to write up your Journey as a trade in and then have Clem's resell the Journey to your buyer. Would save you lots in sales tax $$$s. I have heard of this being done with autos.

Tom,

That process is known as a courtesy trade offered by many dealers and is perfectly legit. The buyer of the old coach buys the rig from the dealer.

Exactly what I did when I sold the Journey.

I was at All-Seasons Friday and noticed the lot was half full from what it was the week before. They had a bunch of Ceder Creek's (5'ers) and Tiffin products on the way to the show. I was about 3-4" from having to buy a new trailer for next year. Two weeks ago a guy pulled out of a parking lot and side swipped my trailer. Thank God he pulled out slow otherwise he would have caught the front of the trailer or worse yet my Toyota......It's every RV'ers worse nightmere other people thinking you can menuver on a dime

Jim; that's why you need AIRHORNS

They give a nice wakeup call when needed.
