George -
Are they going to put some cool graphix on the toters and/or the trailers?
What are they running for power, Mercedes with Meritor ?
Keeps us up to date on the job and the rigs!

Neat Looking rig, George.
With the attached trailer, it looks really loooooooong. I'll bet backing a trailer with that long wheelbase could become a bit of a challenge.
Good Luck!

aaah a good old eaton tranny. I loved my Show Hauler but hated that 10 speed. The Super 10 was much better, but still no fun for a part-time driver. Can't wait for that good ole Allison Automatic.

Great to read about the new job George!
Good luck with the transmission issue, my bet is that you will quickly have a smooth shifting style (albeit with double clutching) in no time.
If you are near the Buffalo NY area, post your location and we will come for a visit. My wife's Joe Rocket jacket could use an upgrade!
Many Safe Travels,
Mike.

Actually, I got a call from George on Saturday. He was down at the GNCC opener in Texas (I am very jealous since I am a avid fan of GNCC racing) and he had some real fun on his way down to the event.
Both his truck and the toterhome with vendor trailer found trouble at a few weight scales they visited on the way down. I'll let him explain, but it wasn't cheap. Hope he is having more luck on the way back.

Hello,
Usually George IM's just about every night. When is he due back? I knew he was going down south but not sure of the dates. I wanted to get his thoughts about upgrading to a Prodigy brake controller. All Season's RV called Diane today and said that my trailer was in yepppppy wowowowowow......We put the order in last Monday and they said it would be 2-3 weeks, so I thought that would take me till late March.
Let me run this over with you guys, see what you think. Since I we will not be doing any camping anytime soon, I thought if I drop off the check for the new trailer, I wonder if they would "hold" it in storage without really taking ownership till late March. The reason I thought about this is come March 06' I could open up and possibly take a weekend trip to see if any items covered under the 1 year "bumper-to-bumper" warranty need to be taken care of before my that date. I also will not be able to store my trailer at my parents house as I did with the Coleman pop-up. So there is a trailer / hitch company (JTI)about 2 miles away that will store it for $36 a month. It will be fenced in and parked on gravel and has a night watchman. This way I could start my storage fee starting April 1st.
I put my Coleman pop-up on Ebay this week. I have been watching them over the last few weeks get a good deal of hits and good prices. I'll be very happy if someone offers me my "but it now" price of $4900. Otherwise my reserve price of $4500 is what I really want to get out of it. I received a 1000 hits in the first 48 hours of my 7 day listing.

Jim,
I bet the dealer would be willing to postpone the delivery, but do you think you and Diane can wait. Man...I'd be itching to get the unit and start checking it out. I suppose you could wait until early March, but be sure to give the trailer a "once over" soon. You don't want to be surprised with a problem once camping season actually opens.
