I recently came across the eBay site where the dealer we bought our coach from is selling off 2008 MH's at 38% off MSRP. I've watched 2 of the coaches time out with narry a bid on them.

They ought to try what one of the local real estate folks did...offer to throw in a free 2009 Cadillac CTS! The house wasn't selling, even after a $200,000 price drop, so the agent decided to include a $38,000 car to sweeten the deal. Maybe the dealer should try a similar tactic. A discounted coach w/a toad included...now that's a bright

Yes, I keep an eye on both Ebay and Craigslist too for RV's. I have seen a few very good deals on either new 08's or used units without reserves. We have been doing Ebay since Nov 00'. Over the last year sales have gone in the toilet. Ebay seller Superslif Up till last year I would run 30-50 auctions a week with a 80% sell rate. Now I'm down to posting maybe 10-20 a week with a 50% sell rate at best. Items that were sure sellers are now dead in the water....
