Dave & I will be there June 3-5 & mostly likely the following weekend June 10-12 (to take advantage of the daisy-chain offering).

I'll post 50a pricing as soon as I hear back from our reservation request.

June 3-5 might be a good weekend for us to go to Whispering Hill also. If you talk to the reservations desk, let me know if they have several sites. We'll probably join you.

From past experience, they'll have plenty of sites. Since everyone gets out the prior weekend (Memorial Day), the wknd after is pretty light there.

It's been serveral years since we've been there, but we've usually been on 15 or 16, but for some reason those aren't showing as FHU on their map now????

You're talking about the main CG up the hill from the pool, right? Are you talking about 15/16 on Hemlock? The pull thru's catty-corner that face the pool? Those are fhu.

You might be thinking of the ones right next to Camper's Paradise Road & across from the goats. Those are 1/2 on Maple & 23/24 on Elm; open grassy sites. You might be getting them confused with 15/16 on Ruth....farther over next to picnic shelter. The last time our group was together (we had the Cougar & Bill the Showhauler), we had 1/2 Maple 23/24 Elm & Jim was up a few sites on Maple in a shady W/E site. Since you were there last, they widened 1-4 on Maple & 24-22 on Elm - not by much, but a bit more elbow room for bigger rigs.

I'll inquire about 1/2 & 23/24. Last yr, there was only 1 MH on one of those 4 sites the wknd after Memorial Day. The rest were empty.

You're right! I was thinking of the first sites by the goats and looked one street to far. The sites on Elm and Maple are the ones.

Mike, Bill, and I made reservations. Since we added a third site, Kim moved us to the Hemlock road area. She told me we would be on 12, 13, 14, but told Bill he's on 11 when he called in his info.

We'll find out when we get there, but in any case....we're all right in the same area as you Lori.

We did their BOGO 2-3 years ago...One complaint I have is the pool is cold at best....They claim to use "solar" heating for the pool. All it is are water tubing lines attached to the roof of the building next to the pool. For the price they charge, there should be a better way to keep the pool heated.

I sent an e-mail asking if they had any openings, no reply. I should probably call.

As for the pool being solar heated...it only works if the sun is out! They have to remember to bypass the solar heating during the days of no sun and during the nights. They definately need a propane or natural gas heater, then liquid solar blanket in the pool to keep the heat in during the cold nights!!

I called them. They still have sites open, so I booked for June 3-5. Our summer is filling up!

I remember when we did the BOGO a few years back, there were still sites available. My teen really likes the disc golf and the mini golf...
