2006 Houston Area Boomer Gatherings

This weekend, we talked about where we wanted to go for our 2006 gatherings.

Ted and Donna Rogers found a nice park in New Caney, the Forest Retreat RV Park click here so we decided to try it out on the weekend of Friday, January 13th thru Monday the 16th which is the Martin Luther King holiday.

In February, we thought that it might be appropriate to have a Sweetheart Gathering on Friday, February 10th thru Sunday the 12th at Rayford Crossing.

In March, we decided to go to another new park in Houston, the Lakeview RV Resort Click Here at a date to be determined later.

I'll post individual threads for each of the gatherings when the time nears. I just wanted some feedback or comments before the time comes.

Looking forward to another fun-filled year of camping with everyone.

Jay, I posted my reply to this on the New Year's sit by mistake. We will definintely be at Rayford. Will work hard to get to some of the others.

There is no cost to join our group and we would love to have you and Randy join us at one of local "gatherings".

We are all members of the Texas Boomers, but when we have local get-togethers, we refer to them as gatherings, as opposed to rallies that the larger group has.

It is good to hear from you and hope to see you soon.
