Barb, have some plans been made with the restaurant? Over 40 people descending at once on any restaurant can overwhelm them and the service and food can suffer if they aren't prepared. Just checking.

I believe Sandy will be making our reservations with the restaurant since she will be there but I will check for sure. Sandy?

Barbara and Donna -
The answer is yes to both! Yes, 40 people all at once is intimidating to any place so the plan is that I'll call them this week when I arrive in Boerne. They do have a back room that will accomodate the entire group, but whether it's free will be determined when I call.
I've learned from past experience that it's better to go in smaller groups because trying to get 60+ people ready to go together is next to impossible! Everyone is arriving at different times and will be ready to eat at different times, so I'm thinking it's better to go whenever we please at different times so as not to overwhelm them.
We'll meet back at the rally room about 8 - 8:30pm for spiced punch and cake for the Coffman's Retirement Bash Part I.
I'll let everyone know for sure when I call (or go by )next week when we get there!
Sandy

Hey Barbara add Kye & Lee Ferguson for Tex-Mex Fri night. Bacon for Breakfast and a vegetable for dinner.
We're not on the list of attendees due to my having Jury Duty today... However not being smarter than a 5th grader got me out of it so we will be there in site 154.

Well I swore that I replied to this thread but I've lost my mind and my email! Put us down for breakfast tacos on Saturday morning and a side dish of some kind for the evening..not sure just yet what I'm bringing. Got to find my "mind" first! haha Looking forward to the Rally! Thank you Sandy for doing all this hard work for us too!
Love ya, Tee & Dan

Hey Barbara, the more that don't want to go out to eat just gives us more to talk about.
