I apologize - I'm late in getting the signups out as I've been waiting on confirmation from local pizza shop with proposed costs. Here's the schedule and signups! As always, we'll have enough to feed an army!


<span class="ev_code_RED">THURSDAY NIGHT AT DON AND PAT ALLEN'S</span>
Don and Pat will host a cookout at their RV for those arriving on Thursday for the Rally. Sign up to let them know how many burgers to cook and what you'll be bringing as a side dish.

3. Rupps - Sliced tomatoes and pickles
4. Rabys - dessert
5. Willis - cole slaw
6. Rogers - baked beans


<span class="ev_code_RED">FRIDAY NIGHT - 6:30 PM - PIZZA PARTY</span>
We'll be ordering a variety of pizzas from Burleson Pizza to be delivered. The cost is $10 per pizza. $$ will be collected on Friday prior to ordering the pizzas by 3:00 pm

This thread is going to get long and large, so in the interest of simplicity, I'll be deleting all the signups for the meals after they are posted!

Please don't be offended...this will just help me keep everything on the right track and I won't have to wade through 80 pages of food!!!!!

Sandy. Just wanted to inform you that we will not be there for Saturday morning breakfast because Charlotte has to work late on Friday, so we will be there mid-morning on Saturday. Thanks David
