Meals by Barbara as follows:
SATURDAY MORNING
Sign up for ONE - the first 10 signups determine what we'll do: ten signups (or the majority) of the first 10 signups will give us a good gauge as to which one to do!

1. RED BARN - breakfast fare cooked by Buckhorn Lake Staff. Selection of breakfast fare - $5-$8 per person depending on what you order
-Steve and Pat Wilson

*OR*

2. TRADITIONAL TEXAS BOOMER BREAKFAST in the rally hall.
-Ken and Susan votes for traditional....

SATURDAY NIGHT RALLY SUPPER
Our traditional Easter festive potluck style meal with salad, meat, veggie and dessert signups.

SALAD
1.Marniated veggie salad - ME (aka Ken Wilson)
2.

MEAT
1.
2.

VEGGIE
1.
2.

DESSERT
1.
2.

Madame Boomer states:

MORE ON MEALS!

THURSDAY NIGHT ARRIVALS
For those coming in on Thursday, the Red Barn will be open and you can select from a variety of meal options - cost varies according to what you order.
FRIDAY NIGHT - on your own
There are a number of great restaurants in Kerrville - better to go in small groups of 4-6 at varied times due to popularity of the LAKEHOUSE all you can eat catfish. Also suggested is an Italian place called Billy Jean's.

FYI
Barbara Spade has agreed to do the meal signups for the Easter Rally for me. However, she's having some technical problems which is why Ken started the thread for her..... hope this clears up any confusion!!!

Creekmores - will not enter the vote - we'll defer to the majority!

Creekmores - ham for the rally supper

who signed up to bring the marinated salad for the rally supper
need a name!!!

Sandy

I can finally post!

I had everything all written up but every time I tried to post it I got an error message. Hopefully whatever gremlin was in our system has gone away and all future posts will be without problems.

THANK YOU, Ken, for posting what I sent you. At least we got it on here and we can get the meal signups started. Easter comes early this year - we have a little over 2 weeks to get ready!

Barbara,

Red Barn breakfast for three sounds great. For dinner put us down for crockpot chicken. I will add something else later.

Thanks,
Kelly and Eddie

Barbara -

I haven't tallied the breakfast vote, but it appears that the RED BARN is winning over cooking our own breakfast that Saturday morning! RustyJC and I had deferred our vote (see previous post) but IF we have to break a tie....our vote is the Barn!

It looks like Red Barn - 4 and Breakfast potluck - 2 (I think Jim voted for potluck since he said he would bring a casserole). I would agree that more seem to want the Red Barn for breakfast.
