Jay I wound up listening to the band until they shut down. I really enjoyed that band! I thnk you will agree Bob Wurch would have enjoyed them too. So if any of you happen to see where a band named "Under Construction" is playing somewhere, GO!! (That is IF you like high energy old time "Classic" rock and roll)
(The pink chicken on the cheek was cute too)
I decided to call it a night after that so I could get an early start this morning. I pulled out around 8 this morning. Had a head wind almost all the way home. I could watch the EGT temp go down to right at 600 degrees and the boost go down to 5 psi when I got in the tree lined area of I-10 at 68mph, then go up to just shy of 700 degrees and 9 psi in the open areas. (Glad I was not towing)
I enjoyed the visit with yall!
Did not get to hook up and visit with Marc (MRBV10) though. But he called me this morning when I still was on I-45. We chatted just about the whole time I was on I-610. For those interested, he is sounding MUCH better. Last time I talked to him you could tell he would get aggravated cause he could not get into words what he was thinking. Today he ALMOST sounded like the Marc we all know. (Before the removal tumor surgery)
So even though I had not PLANNED on going to the North side of Houston, I sure am glad I had time to do so.
I'll be back in yalls area again around Easter. (Well Cathy, Ashley and I)
