For those of you who know us and know the past, we're FINALLY grandparents of a beautiful baby girl! (Our daughter and son-in-law have been trying to adopt for a couple of years.)

The baby was born July 17th, weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz, 19 inches long. She came home with our daughter and son-in-law on the 19th. We can't wait until we can babysit all by ourselves!!

She's such a good baby! What's uncanny is she looks so much like my son-in-law!! He just beams when you tell him that!! I've never seen 2 people so in love with a baby before. They can't put her down and just stare at her!! (I love to whisper in her ear about how much we love her and how long we've waited for her to come along.)

Hugs to all,
LeAnne

Dear Leann and Jim,

What wonderful news!
Isn't God's timing just perfect?

We are so thrilled for you and for your daughter and son-in-law.
Hope the Boomers can meet her soon.

Much Love,

Mary and Richard Palmer

Leanne & Jim,
I'm so very happy for you & your children. I know how long you have waited & all the heartache your daughter & son-in-law went through.
Congradulations,

We just read your great news and are so excited for you! Grandchildren are such a joy! She will soon know what a wonderful family she has and how cherished she will be her entire life! Looking forward to seeing pictures - imagine you have taken a few - give her a "cuddle" for us!
