First FT Trip - Heading on I-10

March 1st we are off. Went FT in October 2014 and we are leaving So Cal, heading towards FL on the I-10. We have been planning this for 25 years and its finally here.

So our route will take us through AZ, NM, TX, LA, MS, AL, and FL...Any advise on CG's..places you have experienced would be greatly appreciated. We are out doors folks and love to hike, mountain bike, 4X4, canoeing, golf, more golf etc.

Happy Trails

If you don't already know about it, I recommend Googling "RV Park Reviews" on the Internet and select the state/City/Town you want to stop in, you can read other RV'ers reviews of the parks. It's a great site to use, while raveling.

Texas has a lot of great state parks. We like Blanco SP, just north of San Antonio, Palmetto SP, just east of San Antonio, Stephen F. Austin SP which is just west of Houston.
