Since it is Valentines Day and shopping in Boerne, I have contacted Grady's Bar B Que about catering Saturday night. It would cost 9.50 per person for a two meat plate, with beans, potatoe salad and fixins. They would serve and we would just have to eat.

Is this something we want to do? Let me know and I will schedule it.

Ok, Bar B Que it is.

Ok, Don has Thursday night covered. Thank you Don.

Sure beats cooking all day. We can all be shopping, visiting and enjoying our road side site.

Top of the Hill is right over IH 10, and a little noisy. But, hey if we can treat our sweeties to a night without cooking, I know Bob would appreciate it.

We will plan a light something for Friday night and a Saturday Brunch (around 9 ish). Then our catered meal at 6:00 p.m. We will be much more relaxed.

Sounds like you've got a good plan in motion - I'm all for not having to cook if I can help it!

Ok, I have updated the food list.

If you want to participate in the table decorating contest let me know. We can decorate Friday with judging on Saturday at breakfast. I will ask one of the ladies in the office if she will judge for us.

This is going to be so much fun.

Don,
As you may know, most of southwest Texas is under a fire ban. We tried, but here is the offical answer from Top of the Hill:

Hi Kristi,

Unfortunately we are in a fire ban at the moment and there can not be any type of open fire, sorry.

Thanks
