The annual Houston RV Show is being held on February 7-11th at the Reliant Center. How about if we all met on Saturday the 10th about 1 o'clock to look at the new rigs and then went somewhere to eat after?

Here is a list of those that are coming:

3. Taube-Rick & Brenda
4. Wilson-Ken & Susan
5. Barbara Spade

Sounds like we've got a pretty good group going to the show. What say we meet at the front entrance at 1 o'clock and go from there?

Does anyone have a particular restaurant that they like in the area of Reliant? I'm open to suggestions.

Peg leg???

Think we can get a group discount if we show up in mass...pink chickens and all?

Jay, we need to define "front entrance" a little more specifically. Sometimes there are several sets of doors open to the hall. We could always meet at the Rayford Crossing booth inside. I doubt that a group of any size is going to be able to stay together anyway. We'll just have to use a checkpoint inside to meet up periodically. What do you think?

Donna,
You're probably right about meeting at the front door. Since we don't know exactly where the RV parks will be located in the show, there is bound to be one main entry point into the show at the front entrance. Most of us have our cell phone numbers, so we could stay in touch that way. Like you said, it's going to be really hard to keep a large group together. I guess we could all wear flamingoes?

Anyone else with an idea?

GREAT IDEA JAY! If we all wear pink, we should stand out in any crowd

There are several entrances, but I'm sure you'll have to go around the building to get to the ticket booth to buy your tickets. That would be a good meeting place and then keep in touch via cell phones or meet at a particular time by the "restaurant" area.

Sandy
