Well, there is a problem with the Forest Retreat
Resort for January. When I called to set up our gathering, I was told that they were at least 80% booked for the month of January, but that he could squeeze in 8-10 rigs but they would be spread out throughout the park (86 sites). I didn't make any reservations, since we would all like to be reasonably close to each other.

I called another park, the Lakeview Resort RV Park Press for website and was told that they can handle us if we choose to go there. I have looked at this park and it is a beautiful park. I told the lady that I would let her know as soon as I can.

What's the date for January?? I looked at the website for Lake View and it's gorgeous! I'd like to go there in the summer to swim! Looks like their sites are back-ins...any pull-throughs??

Depending on the date, we'd like to go.

Hi Leanne,

The dates in January are Friday the 13th through Monday the 16th (Martin Luther King holiday). The park has back-in sites that are lakefront and pull through sites nearby. We can probably have either to choose from.

We have some other commitments that we cant get out of so we will not make the Jan. trip.

Well, its beginning to look like we won't be going either. That's okay though, I can use a long weekend to do nothing.

There's been a change in plans, now it's going to be us and the Rigsbys at the Lakeview Resort.
We'll check it out and let everyone know.

Hope ya dont mind we will be joining ya'll this weekend. I got a day off I thought would not happen so I added a day to it. We will be there Friday afternoon sometime. I have already made my reservation and think I am in #78. cya there.
