Ok Folks, its that time again. Any ideas or volunteers for this one?

Since its getting close we'll have to get going on this one. I'll visit next weekend with whoever is at the Tx/Ok rally and go from there but if anyone has input or would like to set something up, now's the time.

Do I have enough flaming dog droppings under my name to volunteer?

Hehehe, I thought you were volunteering to find a place to hold this one and oversee it. No? Yes?

Have to be careful when you volunteer, huh.

Well, since you will be at the Oklahoma\Texas weekend, you might talk to the group and let me know if there are any ideas. If not, then I'll pick a location and a campin we will go!

Shame you are not going to go down too, ought to be interesting.

I'll get back with you after the weekend, unless you change your mind and come on down, Don said he will take people up and to the last moment.

OK Mike, You have been voted in as event chair for this event by unanimous consent.

Only comment was we ought to stay kind of West to help out the folks in OKC. Other than that you are good to go, where ever you want to go, pick it and let us know. If you want to do anything different let us know, we are open for anything.

Thanks!!!

Ps...check out the SC forum for the latest on the Tx/Ok saga and the pink chickens. Not to mention how many pounds of shrimp I ate at the casino.

Mike, probably no more than 4 or 5 unless something happens.

I've never been to either one, guess the main thing is, does it have the room for large trailers and is it within 4 hrs drive or so from here or OKC. Sometimes we can't get away until after 5 so that kind of limits us unless we wait and go Sat morn.

BUT, this is why I wanted someone else to come in with some fresh ideas, mine haven't been doing too good so do/go whatever, where ever you want and we'll be there. The main thing we need is to get more people to come. Maybe something a little different will pick up people's interest.

Thanks Mike!

I called Red Rock today. Don't take reservations. But they do have a group area with water\electric, but will need 5 commitments to save an area. I'll call Roman Nose tommorrow. Looked at the Oklahoma Centenial guide for something going on in the area that weekend, but nothing caught my eye. Anyone else out there besides Tom!

OK Mike, tell you what, Since I have the power here, I created a shortcut to the South Central Region to make more visibility for ya for this puppy. Hope it helps as I don't need to be the only puppy here.
