Tom,
5th wheel hitch & trailer are sitting at home in Texas. Wish I could figure out a way to haul a load of wood and drag the 5ver too. Need one of them toy thingys I guess.

Don't think I'll ever leave home without the rig again. Motel 6's have all been over $60 bucks a night.

Don, glad to see a man that plans ahead. I mean it's only 93 today! But I'm sure there's a cold front on the way...eventually.
Hopefully Labor Day, See Ya Then

I'm sure you're right Buddy. Most likely around Thanksgiving or Christmas, but there are some here who can remember a July 4th weekend in the Waco area when it was 105 degrees and we had a bonfire going.

After stop-overs in Twin Falls, ID, Denver, CO, and Wichita Falls, TX, the load of farwood is safely in Killeen.

Now if it wood only turn cold. Hmmmm !

One thing about it, Don will never run out of "invites" to attend rally's, at least as long as the wood holds out.

Hey Buddy
the Natl Weather Svc says the lows at Burleson is goona be in the 60 ties and in my way of thinking anything below 70 requires a campfar. So the farpit and wood will be on the truck this weekend.

Sandy = even with that load the old Dodge was straight and level coming home. Didn't whimper at all.

Don, I'll go you one better. We are going to take a "late" vacation due to the wife's medical deal, we're going to NM and then on to Moab for almost 4 weeks on the road, guess what, I ordered a new light weight chainsaw, just to be prepared. We'll just cut ours! I figured that my Stihl is too heavy to be carrying around.
