As we have had much interest in starting a Club for the South Central Area, LOUISIANA, I have booked for our first Club Meeting/Rally. This is made for the Weekend of October 11th, October 12th 2 nights, Where: POCHES FISH N CAMP 337-332-0326. I booked 5 sites, but can get more if needed.
Please call as early as you can so we can add additional sites.

Things are falling into place. What Ideas do you have about eats? Looks like quite a gang to cook for. I can check for a big pot and possibly do a pastalaya or a gumbo. Sauce Piquantis also possible. Just let me know. We all could make a run to Glinda's for lunch about a mile from the camp. GREAT food. She has been on the food channel a couple of times. Just tossing some ideas.

Interesting, I would love to do this, but it's the week before we leave for Fort Wilderness. Going to Cajun Palms this up-comming weekend Sept 13-15th, Anyone going to be there?

Jeff , Saturday lunch at Glindas sounds good, but I have no idea where that is ..... How about Pastalaya for Saturday afternoon/evening? And maybe a gumbo or sauce picante for Friday night?

Got a call today my friends that booked is having to cancel. Work is sending her out of town. What ever you guys want. Let me know. I'm game. We're taking the RV out this Th headed to Rochester NY. Will be back the end of the month. My greatest concern is having a pot big enough to cook for the number of people. Will check around to see if I can borrow a bigger pot.
