I realize I am posting this extremely early, but plans for the RETIREMENT BASH are in full swing and people are signing up!

For anyone who has not heard, the SE Area Leaders JAY AND STELLA COFFMAN are "hanging up their hats" and hitting the retirement road - nevermore to watch a clock or have to be someplace at a particular time!!!

The Texas Boomers are hosting a BIG BASH in honor of their years as Area Leaders and to send them on their way with our well wishes.

Much is planned for the celebration weekend, but here's what's nailed down thus far!

WHEN
Friday March 20th - Sunday March 22nd

WHERE
Rayford Crossing RV Resort - Spring, Texas
www.rayfordcrossing.com

SITES RESERVED
I have 40 sites reserved for the occasion under the Texas Boomers name at the rally rate of $27 per night. This rate is valid for two days prior to the event based on availability.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL RAYFORD DIRECTLY TO RESERVE A SITE. To avoid hassles and errors, please sign up below with your preferred site # and every effort will be made to accomodate you! - site numbers assigned to the Texas Boomers are listed below. You can look on www.rayfordcrossing.com
for the site map to make your selection.

CANCELLATION NOTICES

SIGN UP HERE!

IMPORTANT NOTICE - 3/10/09
We have no more sites on reserve! If you'd like to sign up, please DO NOT CALL the rv park, but rather contact me and every effort will be made to get you into the first available site that has been cancelled either by our group or the park!

Sandy, put Ted and me down for arrival Thursday, March 19 until Monday, March 23. We'll take 97, 98 or 99 whichever is left after Norton's and Wilson's get assigned. They requested these same sites. Sorry we missed you Saturday at Cut N Shoot. We're real proud of our new water pump on the Ford truck!
