Note: In the rally Kitchen, there is a griddle that fits over the 6 burner stove that can do up to 36-40 pancakes at a time. We'll use that plus 2 griddles and roasters to keep them warm! We'll get 'er done!

Thanks Barbara! They have griddles on sale at Penny's this week and I'm going to go get one as well. I'm figuring.....

80 people approximately
x3 pancakes average each
= about 240 pancakes!

That's a lot of flapjacks!!
