Need Repair Help/Weatherford, Tx

Good afternoon. I could use some suggestions as to RV Repair for My Nexus 29v Shore Power cord end.

Unfortunately due to health issues, I have had to leave it parked at an RV Park near Weatherford and found this past weekend that my power cord overheated and burned the end and the Surge Protector. I don't think it had been too long, but long enough that my fridge was defrosted and condiments beginning to grow mold. :(

I am aware this cord male-end can be changed out, but as a single woman, not my forte. Just wondering if someone nearby might help or know who to refer me to that can come to the park.

Logistics are hard since I am having to move in with my daughter in Plano and still work full-time, but I would do my best to meet someone there to get this resolved and get the AC back on.

I will be selling once this is remedied, for what I owe as I do not want to continue having it in the park and being un-used.

Thank you for any recommendations.

Sorry to hear of your problems. Why not ask the campground office to suggest someone? They might have an electrician on staff, or could put the word out to someone handy in the campground or area that could cut off the bad section of cord and put a new plug on the end.

I’d just try the old fashioned method .... ask a neighboring rv’er for some help. Many will. The office recommendation is worth a try, too.
