Several people here know that I have been pricing new headlights since early this year. Mine work properly, but the lenses have become cloudy and yellowed. According to Ford there are no replacement lenses - just replacement headlights for mucho $$$. Tonight as I walked into Wal-Mart there was a sign out front advertising a new service guaranteed to restore ugly faded headlights to like-new condition. I talked to the guys in the Tire & Lube Express and have set up an appointment for Thursday to have mine done on my motorhome. To see the product they use you can check it out at "MyHeadlights.com". I don't know if all Wal-Marts do this yet, but I was at the Hwy. 249 @ Spring Cypress store.

Good information Barbara. I noticed on line you can buy their DIY kit for $23.95. Just out of curiousity, what is WM charging to do yours?

I think it was $39.95 but it was worth it. They had to do one headlight twice so that was 1-1/2 kits. The Manager even came over to check and make sure I was happy with the job. It looks even better after a day or so!

This is not a new product. Private pilots have had something like this for years to clear plastic lenses and such. I do not know if this is the same stuff, but if it works, it sure beats handing over $100 plus to get a new lense.
Hey Barbara, how are those new load range E front tires woking out. It should drive better.

The two new tires are great but I am saving up for four more before we go to Perrin. After having more problems with the wheel covers when I got the new tires, I decided to have the wheels painted and do away with wheel covers all together. The wheels are at Angelique's Paint & Blast just off Hwy. 249 today getting painted.
