Great News!!

For those who have not signed up for Don's rally or it is too far to go and expensive. Some of us will be gathering in Fentress at Leisure Camp RV park on November 11th to 13th. We have the rally hall and the rally rates. Food will be simple and very, very informal.

Also, New Years Eve. We have Fentress Leisure Camp and RV Park. Again, we have the rally hall and the rates. We will be planning a New Years Eve party for Saturday night.

Friday Veterans Day
Happy Happy Hour. Finger foods, chips / dips etc. Easy and Easy and Drink. Drive in and Relax.

Saturday Veteran's Day Weekend
Chili (not a competition) unless the "polock" demands it. Hot Dogs, Frito Pies. and of course drink.

Go ahead and sign up now.

November Veterans Day
1. Rupp / Saturday Chili
2. Kerlin / Corn Bread / Soup
3. Shadrock / Saturday Chili
4. Rochkus / Hot Dogs and Buns
5. Morgan
6. Coffmans
7. Mensch / onions / extras

Love to travel and travel I must.

Actually there are several restaurants in the area, if you like BBQ. Luling has two well known BBQ places and Lockhart has three famous BBQ places.

San Marcos has a Cracker Barrel and Clear Springs isn't far either.

Fentress is right in the middle of lots of choices just a little more or less than 10 miles.

I hope this info helps.

We would welcome anyone that wants to come, especially Ralfie and Cassie. Oh, you and Stella can come too.

Anyone over that way, that wants to tag along, bring them with you. We should (hopefully) have beautiful weather, because I ordered it for the Big Rusk Rally and our gathering.

See you soon.

Are there fire rings in the sites or should someone bring a pachanga barrel or fire pit?

Most of the site are suppose to have fire rings, but if you want to throw in the barrel that way we would be set. I can throw in some firewood.

Bob has refilled the firepot (candle), but we will probably need a little more heat. It seems to be getting cooler at night.

See you soon.
