The Rally will be June 9-11, 2006 at Salt Creek North on Keystone lake. This is located just East of Mannford on Highway 51 and is a Corps of Engineers park. You will need to go to the Reserve USA website to make reservations. HERE You can start a food list by posting with it for the Saturday evening Potluck meal. Hope everyone can make it but remember, these parks do fill up fast in the summer so make your reservations as soon as you can. Try and use the area A32-41 and 53-71 if possible. This'll keep us closer together in the park.

Boy Ken, we're gonna have to try that one of these days. And here I am still waiting for the day I can go get my golden age card. Have a feeling I'd better get back to work or my day might come before I'm ready.

By the way, you and Susan might as well run up for the rally weekend. Give you something to do.

Tom, shoot-fire, it is only about 500+ miles up there at 10.5 MPG and almost 50 gallons of fuel at close to $2.75/ gallon or about $130.00 ONE WAY which is $260.00 for the trip plus food and camping...

My oil well is dry, so we'll stay home.

Ken

Yeah but seeing old friends and developing new friendships, "priceless".

Man, I know what you mean, our annual trip to NM takes about 300 gal, maybe more this time since we're staying longer. I'm figuring $4 a gal to be safe, boy, does that add up! Gosh, just a trip to town today cost me $240, just getting downright ridiculous, course, all that wasn't fuel. With Charley quitting work the end of this month we may be cutting back a bunch after this summer.

Hi y'all!

I think my husband has to work that Saturday but we might still be able work something out since it is close to home.... I hope so!

Hey Tom, if the weather is decent we might see y'all on Sunday at the Corvette thing.

Sounds like a deal Cat. By the way, you don't know who you're gonna run into while eating out do ya!!! I'll probably be at the drags Sunday for awhile at least. Hope it doesn't rain! After having a drought for the last several months it figures it'll be raining for a Corvette event. Come one, come all for the June event.

LOL No you never can tell who you will see at a local restaurant. Charley is looking good! According to mom she hasn't aged a day. I wish I could say that about myself....

I am hoping for no rain Sunday, but as badly as we need it I am hoping for a slow soaking rain with this next front. Friday would be good.

I hope to see you Sunday if you can survive your grilling challenge Saturday!

I booked A58 for the weekend, looks like several of the good spots are already taken so if you are planning on going you need to start thinking about booking a spot.

Tom,

My Brother is visiting in mid may and we are going to camp in south Padre for about a week. Then the Texas Boomers are having a rally the end of May in San Antonio and we are headed off to the Irv2 National Rally in TN in July. Afraid we are simply going to be too tapped out for Pat and I, as much as we would like to come up ya'lls way, are going to have to pass this time. Ya'll have fun and be sure and drink a marg or 2 for me. If the BGB shows up tell Jerry and Teresa and their fur ball hi for us.
