I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm ready for a campout and the sooner the better. Looking at the calendar, we should be getting some decent weather in March. Easter is the last weekend in March so it is out. Does anyone know when spring break is scheduled?
I was thinking about Lake Keystone area, so that we can get some of the folks from the western side of the state.
Let me know what you know about spring break in the Tulsa area and we can set a date and go from there.

I like the sound of that..
I agree, I'm ready, hand isn't but I am.
In all the years I've lived here I knew there was a small lake called Heyburn just south of here but it looks like it has some decent facilities from the reserveusa website. Think I'll run over there this weekend and check it out.
April 1st weekend might work, what do you think? Either it'll be nice or snowing, thats what you get in Ok in March and April.
I gotta find a nice day to clean mine up since I had to put it to bed dirty and wet. (when I broke my fingers) I was lucky to get it inside and unhooked with one hand.
Boat\RV show is coming up the end of the month, maybe that'll help the cabin fever, on second thought it'll be worse after that.
I've got to shut up, this is getting too long.
Later

OK, lets shoot for 4-1,2 and 3. Tom, check out the new place near you and let us know, othrwise we could always go back to Keystone.
We can make a lunch on a Saturday to go look at RVs just to get us revved up a bit. When is this show in Tulsa?

I think I can make it by then. I'm getting ready to pull out for AZ at the end of next week. Had to take my intake manifold off to repair the fuel controler, just got it back together. You guys can still come! We've got three others caravaning with us.
I should be recovered from this trip by April and ready to get out again.

Hey Guys, WAGM IS BACK not ready to camp yet but would love to go to AZ with youse guys, I talked to a couple of rvers in Walmart lot at I-40 and McArthur today and that was where they were headed. Boy! Jerry, that show this week-end sounds good, don`t know how we could hook up--- yeah I do, I will pm my cell # to you, and you could pm yours to me
The camping trip in April sounds good too, I might need one sooner if the winter keeps on in the 60s and 70s. Keystone below the dam stays open with no water but if you don`t normally de-winterize then that makes no diff. The price is right and is right down the road from some good eats. (non fattening) We haven`t been up there since our trip to Branson. Well I cracked my foot again yesterday so this is all the outings that I will be doing for a week or so, I HAVE been working on the jeep some, I didn`t like the way the steering was working so we changed that around some ( whoever did the lift on it didn`t do the steering) it DOES have an osu plate on the trailer hitch (been thinking of turning that up-side down for the distress signal HARHAR. Ken, I am SO proud to see that you have become a Hammie.
Tom, I see on the tv some of the extreme rockers that might get a broken hand, saw a roll over this week and I think I saw him stick his hand out the window (to hold himself from falling out?) Won`t never see me doing that, donuts in the mud is bout my speed, I did slide it sideways in the ice storm last week, what a blast, and sweetie was with me.
See yall in the funnies, Warren

OK, Ask and you shall receive!
Both campgrounds at Heyburn lake are closed for the winter so I couldn't get in to look at them. My opinion, go for what we know and try these others another time.
Ken, you make the call.
As for the Tulsa Boat/RV show, The dates are Jan 31 thru Feb 6th. Gotta check the schedules before I will know if we can go and when.
