Ken, there is always the "other" category for anything that doesn't fit in one of the listed groups. The Baked Apple pancakes sound yummy!
Swartzells & Smiths, I have you down too. Wow, that was quick response. Thanks!

I'll bring link (venison) sausage.
If we decide on "boiling bag" omelettes, I can bring bags and one dozen eggs.

Miss Barbara -
Please put me down for Amish Casserole.
Sandy
PS: I know I didn't add this to my private email, but it might be a good idea to put a sign up section for the Pitmaster BBQ. There might be some who prefer not to eat and just come to the party after the supper. We can't assume everyone loves bbq! You probably should call Pitmaster a couple of days ahead of time to tell them how many servings will be ordered.
Just go back in on your first post and add in the signup.....add us to it!
Sorry....I forgot to mention this beforehand...I just now thought of it!!!
Darn it just noticed too that I posted under RustyJC's avatar....gosh, I'm losing it!!!!

Jim, we can certainly have "boiling bag" omelettes if you want to. Let me know if you want to do sausage or omelettes. What else would you need? Will you be in charge of the omelettes?

Thanks Ron & Ellen and Mike & Amber!
Amber, I THINK I have your dish listed correctly this time.
EVERYONE WHO HAS ALREADY POSTED - please let me know if you want to be included in the BBQ dinner on Saturday night and I will add your names to the list.
