Is the Oklahoma Boomer Group by invitation only or open to new members? Looks like a fun group!

Hi redwing1, If this heat lets up we'll probably try and have a campin weekend somewhere in September, maybe October, and you are more than welcome to join in. We are a small and diverse group and fresh faces are always welcome. What part of Okie country do you live in?

OK Guys, sounds like a deal! We're almost neighbors anyway, we have lived in the Tahlequah area all our lives. We spend a lot of time around Pettit Bay on Tenkiller from March to November.

Pettit Bay huh, wonder how many times we crossed paths and didn't realise it. I usually spend a week down there in the spring and a week in the fall, have been doing that for several years now. Great fishing in the spring. I'm usually in the full hookup area around 51-55 with a couple of other guy's.

Bugeater, I really need to change this photo but truth is I've forgotten how to do it!! Has something to do with AGE! This was actually taken in early March a couple of years ago on a trip to the Black Mesa, photo is from the top of the Capulon Volcano just east of Raton, NM.

Vette Racer, don't be getting my spot! We usually try to get into 55 or 56, just listen for Mr. Hank the loud Schnouzer!

Well Ken, I've been in Minneapolis this week enjoying the cold and snow. (NOT)!!! Sure was nice to get back to the warmer??? weather, (in the 30's here). It was around 5-20 degrees up there with almost a foot of snow on the ground.

But, for your question, yes, I think everone has put up their toy's and are getting ready for christmas except for Gene. I know we have!
