<span class="ev_code_RED">IMPORTANT NOTE</span>
Please note on the first page the change in the number of sites we have reserved! Due to an issue (which is too lengthy to explain)on the part of the RV Park, we only have TWENTY FIVE (25) sites.
As of this afternoon, we already have <STRIKE>20</STRIKE> <STRIKE>23</STRIKE> all 25 sites filled so we are now going into "waiting list" mode.

Barbara -
I've changed the dates for Neals and Glaus' to arrive on 3/20 (Thursday) and departing on 3/22 (Saturday). Are you sure those dates are right?
Ken -
We do show up in force! Unfortunately the rv park is one of the smaller parks and we are quickly outgrowing it! Many rv parks do not host rallies between Thanksgiving and Easter so they can accomodate the winter Texans. Easter hit early this year (in March instead of April) and most of them are not heading back home quite this early! Therein lies the issue. We have to go with with we've got...plain and simple! Hopefully we can reach 25 reservations and they might be able to open a few more, but it depends on when the snowbirds vacate the sites!

Pretty bad when we can't camp in out own home state. I ran in to this problem last weekend trying to get a site on the east side of Georgetown. Finally just drove up Saturday morning and home that afternoon. Save a bunch of fuel in any case.

I know that you are full now, but if something comes open, put down Doug & Mar Robertson for whatever dates are available. Thanks.

Doug -
I'll be happy to do that for you! We just never know if/when there will be a cancellation and the rv park is doing everything they can to get us more sites. The owner said he's working on it and he may not know until the week of the rally if someone's leaving. But in the meantime, you'll be on the list after the Shodrocks and I'm doing my best to get ya in!

We made up our minds a day late it looks like. Put the Norton's on the standby list. Maybe we will get lucky.
