Rather than sending dozens of PM's and all that decided to post this here.
Charley has been diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer and is scheduled for surgery 7/11. It appears from the ct scan that we caught it early but won't know for sure until the surgery and pathology reports. Needless to say, we have cancelled our Branson/vacation plans for this summer. We ask that everyone keep her in their prayers and I'll update as we know more.

Tom, you and Charlie are in our thoughts and prayers. Number one thing right now is to get her back into good shape and enjoying things. Let us know if there is anything we can do.

We will be praying for you Charley! This is a scary time, hold on tight to your faith. I know the power of prayer and so do you, my mom's recovery is recent proof!

Tom, I just now saw your post about Charley. Please know that she (and you, too) are in Eileen's and my prayers. We had a great time with you guys in Thackerville and look forward to seeing you all again. Be sure and keep us updated on Charley.

PLease pass on to Charli that Pat and I will be pulling for her as she goes thru her surgery and healing process. Tell her we are expecting a full recovery from this so she can go shopping at Canton with us again, but I ain't hauling around a "potty" for her the next time. Seriously she will be in our thoughts and prayers.

I just wanted to stop by and tell Charley that we are praying for you.... As the day of your surgery fast approaches, I have prayed for the doctors to use their knowledge to your best benefit. I have also prayed for strength, courage, faith, hope, & love for both you and Tom. I will be praying for and thinking of you, especially come tomorrow.
Take care of each other and Tom please check in or send us an e-mail when you get a chance to let us know how things are going.

To our Okie friends
Today is the 11th and Charley (hopefully) had her surgery today. I've checked throughout the day for news. I'm sure Tom has other things to tend to today, but hopefully he'll be online soon to let us know how she is doing.
This is one of the most powerful things that friends can do for each other. A common interest has brought us all together and we have a great time online and in person at the various RV rallies and gatherings.
But in the meantime, with miles upon miles between us, Tom and Charley KNOW they have friends who are lifting them up in prayer, standing beside them holding their hands in spirit and waiting for news....because we truly do care.

First of all, I want to thank each and everyone of you for your prayers and thoughts. Its been an ordeal but I think we are on the road to recovery. Charley came through the operation just fine and the doctor believes that the tumors are Benign. We won't have a definitive answer until the pathology report comes back in a day or two but its looking good. I'll update more as I get news and get home to post it. Thanks again to everyone.
