Don and Pat Walworth were treated to a surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration in Gilmer, Texas on Saturday. Pat and I attended the celebration and presented the Walworths a card and hanging ivy plant from the Texas Boomers.

The gathering was attend by many friends and family members of the Walworth's and everyone had a great time with good food and fellowship.

Don & Pat, congratulations on the 50th anniversary. Let's see, this September 20th will be (umm, add 4, carry the 3 - darn, not enough fingers and toes!) 36 for Madame Boomer and me, so we're working hard to catch you!

We thank all the Boomers for cards and well wishes extended to us as we celebrated our 50th anniversary.

A very pleasant surprise to have Don and Pat help us celebrate!

Outside the front door of our home is a hanging basket post with no hanging basket! The "Boomer Plant" is now a-swingin on the post.

Oh, we have a new "Pink Bird" (one of many fine gifts we received) that will make its first official showing at the LA Rally!!

Thanks again.

The "other" Don and Pat

Congradulations on your 50th anniversay.
Thats really a milestone. We are moving
up on it fast. We have 4 years to go to
hit that mark. Heinz keeps adding a year
extra to it when he tells how long we have
been married and he even gets me confused
sometimes. Not sure if he is bragging or
complaining
