Hey Don, Just a note to let you know that we will not be able to be at Perrin this week-end. For Jim is having to go back to the hospital Thursday. They are going to have to put him under again, to break up the scar tissue around the knee cap. The knee it self is doing great, he just can't bend the knee back as for as they think. Tell everyone Hi for us. See you soon.

Sorry to hear Jim's knee replacement is not progressing as expected. It is important that he get back to "normal' (I know that is an uphill climb with Jim ) as soon as possible and there will be other rallies on down the road. We'll miss you guys. Tell Jim to do as the doc says and get well soon.

The weather is absolutely gorgeous, Mitchell RV Park is simply beautiful with all the leaves turning, Doris and Kevin are, as usual, gracious hosts and gave us a small but very cozy rally hall, boomer's are arriving and looking forward to the Green Frog buffet tonite.

We had our first campfar last night and it was wonderful and it is going to be cold enough to have one every night. We are all set to cook our breakfast under the trees in the morning and a big catfish fry tomorrow night.

Those that could not make it are really missing a great camp out.

Hey Everyone who got to go to Michell's,
Don,and everyone, we enjoyed ourselves, me, Sue and the twins, a whole lot. The boys especially liked getting out of town and being able to play in the playground without us worrying about them. They also liked playing LCR again. I think we'll just take them with us to the rally in December. Anyways, Don, thanks for the work you'all did to set it up and make it a great time. See y'all soon,
Gary and Sue and the boys.

Pat & I made it back to Killeen about a hour ago.

Well we had a small group but we sure had a lot of fun.

So glad ya'll came and made it a great camp out.
We were also pleased that we had two new couples join in with us and sure hope to see Joe & Loretta and Robert & Evelyn at future Boomer events.

I stopped by the office on the way out and thanked Doris & Kevin for their hospitality and reserved sites for 30 October - 1 November next year.

Do hope everyone gets home safe & sound and thanks again for coming.

We had a great time too, Don. We left around 11:15 Monday and had the trailer unloaded and safely in storage before the bad weather. Thank you and Pat for the work you always do to show us such a good time. The fish fry was awesome, and the burgers & brats really good too. We were glad to see old friends again, and enjoyed meeting the 2 new couples. We hope to see them join us again soon. Diane & Bob
