As you have learned by now, the IRV2 National Rally will be at Mitchell RV Park in Perrin, Texas in July next year.

Many Texas Boomers have not been to this particular RV Park so we thought a Northeast Area Campout there, as a warm up to the 2008 National Rally, would be a good idea.
Activities for the weekend:
Fri 9 Nov
6:30 PM - Old Fashioned Chili Supper
Food Sign up:
All the Chili - Don & Pat
Grated Cheese - Bob & Diane
Chopped Onions - Bob & Diane
Sour Cream - John & Wilma
Fritos - Bob & Kris, Gary & Sue
Crackers - Jim & Dorinda
Salads - Dennis & Marijenne, Dennis & Brenda
Deserts - Bob & Kris, Alan & Randee, Mike & Mavis, LeRoy & Ruth
8:00 PM - After Supper Bring your Chairs and favorite Beverage to our Roaring Campfar 
Sat 10 Nov
8:00 AM - Gather at Outdoor Pavilion to Cook an Outdoor Breakfast. (I have a two burner outdoor stove and we will need others) Ther is electricity to cook pancakes on electric grills and to have a coffee pot and toaster.

(Car Pool) Shopping in Mineral Wells/Weatherford
Golf, Fishing, Nature Trail card games etc.
Or just relaxin in the country (we'll have a campfar going if it's cool enough)

Another true "pot Luck" Dinner with no food signups. We'll eat what we bring. Please don't everyone bring deserts.
After dinner we'll have a campfar but some may want to play cards LCR etc.

8:30 AM Coffee & pastries before everyone departs and recognition of our Veterans on Veterans Day.
We have made a reservation for 20 sites at the park for Veteran's Day weekend, 9-12 November 2007 for this Campout. Anyone who would like to attend is welcome to join with us for that weekend. Please reply to this message to sign up.

Sorry I forgot to give you the dates. We'll arrive on Thursday Nov 8. Put us down for now for departing Monday the 12th. It isn't a holiday for my company but I'm going to try to take a vacation day. If not, we'll leave on Sunday the 11th. Looking forward to it - it's one of our favorite parks. Diane.

Hi, we haven't been on this site for awhile, but please put us down for this event! Dennis and Brenda will arrive probably the 9th and leave on the 11th. As it gets closer we will see if we can get away on Thursday the 8th. We really do want to join you more but the summer has been really WET and busy.
