All's set for your arrival, only mid 60's today but 80+ first of week. Will have your site mowed and raked by the time you get here.

You may be experiencing low temperatures, but you are not shoveling.
We had 34 here in Conway this morning, the sun made a token appearance and it is raw.
Well guess it is better then Jackson, WY -1.4 at noon today

I quess it what you get use to but there is no way I could live in the north in the winter. I grew up in western North Carolina and it was too cold for me and still remember the snows. We only had a few a year but that was enough. We have had some bad snows storms here, but it is a freak of nature, if we get one. Most snows are here today and gone tomorrow

If you could arrange for a picnic table too that would really be great!

Regret to tell you, Tom, but the temp here (N central FL) Monday night is predicted to be 22 degrees. Maybe you should go a little further south?

Yes but your cold fronts aren't as cold as ours or last as long.We do have high hopes for warmer temps, but seeing old friends brings a warm feeling too!

I had to do a trip to Jacksonville last wednesday. Sun was shining and I actually used the truck A/C for about 20 minutes. Problem was I was actually stopped for less than 30 minutes and then it was turn around and head back. VERY cold here in N Georgia right now with the temp heading to the teens. Brrr!!!
Seven hundred miles (approx) and my rear was dragging when I got back!

And in 44 days, whos counting, my wife and I are retiring and moving OUT of Fl. Tired of the heat, the attitudes of people.....no manners any more, the crowds, the traffic. Yes we have nice weather but there are other things in life and I intend to explore them to the fullest. So, for those of you headed to Fl., you can have it. Been here 40years and now its time for a change.

We are now in St. Augustine and heading to Summerfield tomorrow morning. I wonder if we brought this cold with us ? I sure hope it warmer over there than it is here.
