We live off of Hwy 17 in New Bern,NC about 190 miles north of Myrtle Beach. If anyone needs a place to stop over we have hook ups for two rigs with water and electric. Our "campground" is always open! We have room for more if you don't mind dry camping, just let us know.

Thanks.
Just might look into that in the next few months.

Used to live in Alliance, NC, down in Pamlico County when stationed at CP.

Diandtom,

We lived in the "Old Tingle" home that we bought in 1976 for $29.5k and that included 6 acres of land. Sure wish I had it today. It was built in 1895. I was in the military and did not think we could continue to pay the mortgage on it while living overseas. Darn! I could have. The people in that area are real nice. I remember when we first moved in and had gone out shopping. We came back to find two paper sacks filled with vegetables from the gardens of our neighbors. Sure was good.

Ah! Those were the days.

Yes AL, we look forward to seeing you also at MB. We are now in Sheridan, Wy and after a few days at Mount Rushmore, we are heading home. I will probably stop in Mount Airy for a couple days to see a sick aunt before heading home.

DIANDTOM
I went to Clearmont WY in 2006 with a group from my Church to help build a Church there. Clearmont is about 30 miles South of Sheridan and only has a population of 115. That is some beautiful country and some very nice people there also.
I hope you have a safe trip home. See you in MB in Oct.

Bill
