Who's interested in a Winter Rally for the Appalachian Campers March 8-12?

We'll have it at the River Plantation RV Park, in Sevierville, TN at same park that we're holding the National at in July. If you want to go, post here and I'll put your name on the list. Also, either call the campground or use their online reservation system.

Get a 'river front' site so we'll be together, they are all full hook-up with 30/50 amps and are only $20 during off season.

More details will follow after we get a few people interested. As always, as with all Regional Rallies, neighboring regions are all cordially invited, we'd love to have y'all come camp with us.

Arrive after the campground's check in time on Wednesday, March 8, and depart before their check-out time on Sunday, March 12. Adds up to 4 nights (5 days). Campground check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is noon.

Come sooner if you'd like and stay longer if you want, there's lots to do in the Pigeon Forge area.

We might try that if we are back from Florida. Also IF we can get over the mountain.
March is when we usually get snow and ice around here....hmmmm maybe we need to do this thing a bit further South , like Orlando or Palm Beach (jk)

OK Doc, I'll put you on the list just in case you can make it.

I'm sweating out the snow and ice too, gambling that we'll have weather good enough to travel in.

Hey Richard, goood idea. We were just sitting here looking for a reason to get in the rig and go! As you say weather permitting? We will go. Don't imagin that much advanced reservation would be needed at this time of year?? Or should we go ahead and call?
Colette and Joe

If we can get off the mountain, we will be in good shape.

Hey Colette and Joe,

Glad y'all will try to make it, I'll put you on the list. Might be a good idea to go ahead and call so we can get those creek front sites reserved, otherwise they'll have someone else slotted in between us all.

According to their posted cancellation policy, refunds are given if they get 72 hours notice.

See y'all there!

Hope yall are doing good, we are fine but about freeze those warm day in Fl. makes it hard back at the foot of the Appl. Mts.
We will be leaving on March 9 going back to fl. We will be going to Fort Myers Beach, we have going there for about 4 years at this time of the year and meet up with some frinds from Canada, we will be there for a month. Have you got the new Truck yet? Have you tried out how that new Trans.works? Jim

Sorry y'all can't make it to the Winter rally but FL sounds like a much better alternative. We're headed down that was in April for the Good Sam National Rally, are y'all going to that?

Got the new truck last month, other than a short test run of under 20 miles I haven't towed with it yet.
