Ok. I'm planning to hold a bocce tourney sometime during the March rally. It's an easy game and lots of fun. We will need teams of 4 that will be picked at random. If interested please sign up- i'll keep a list

And, if it's ok with everyone, since we will have no newbies, we will allow the bocce winners to go to the head of the line at dinner Sat. night......Bill said that

Hey, Guys!

Sign us up. Anything is worth a try if it means going to the front of the food line.

Jo Ann says count us in as long as the ball doesn't weigh more than 5 lbs. (because of her shoulder). Actually, we don't really know if you roll it, throw it, kick it, or hit it with a bat, mallet, or club. Having said that, who wants us on their team??

Vectrola, you and Jim will have to stop that arm wrestling. It apparently causes a good deal of carpel tunnel; therefore inhibiting you from a super bocce game. Dave, this game is a simple game of lawn bowling.

Pat and I would like to sign up for the bocce tourney. We are a bit skeptical about the winning team going to the head of the line, since Bill is the only one who knows how to play. You don't suppose this whole bocce tourney is an excuse to let Bill eat first?? I think the tourney is just an excuse to allow Bill to eat real food instead of grass and twigs.

We just want to play for the fun of it. We really don't want to win, because we are guessing that the prize has something to do with Tofu!

I will be waiving the entrance fee to the bocce tourny for everyone except Tom Mitchell. It seems he has resorted to mudslinging hoping to rattle the opponants. No can do Tom. May your bocce ball come to rest outside the point area.

Tom,

Bill has put the curse of the bocce ball on you and Pat, you don't have a chance of being first to get to the grass and twigs (or tofu).

Tom,

It looks like Bill has put the curse of the bocce ball on you and Pat. You won't have a chance of being first in the tofu line.
